SPC are joined by a new consultant trainer Adrian Tudway.

SPC are proud to have selected Adrian Tudway as a new consultant to the company. Adrian is a former Detective Chief Superintendent who served with the Metropolitan Police for 30 years. In addition, he held a number of national posts. He was Head of National Counter Terrorism (CT) Forensics / Deputy Head of CT Investigations, Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) National Coordinator for Domestic Extremism, National Crime Agency (NCA) (Chief of Staff to Director General) and was seconded to the Home Office - Office for Security and Counter Terrorism for a 2 year period.

Following retirement from the police Adrian was employed as the Head of Operations for the Crime Stoppers Trust. Here he led a network of regional account managers, delivering intelligence to a range of law enforcement agencies. established and developed critical business relationships, working collaboratively with Chief Officers and Police and Crime Commissioners, influencing strategic thinking to manage risk and identify new opportunities.

More recently he was employed as working to the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman as Senior Investigator and Interim Director of Quality & Service Integrity. Here he was recruited to lead on significant elements of a major change and relocation program whilst assuring ‘business as usual’, I delivered on the design, development and delivery of a training program to professionalise the investigative processes across the organisation. I worked collaboratively with other Directors and Non Executive Directors, conducting a ‘root and branch’ review of processes throughout the organisation.
