SPC return from successful training project to Uzbekistan law enforcement

SPC have returned from the delivery of investigative interviewing techniques training in Uzbekistan. The training was developed for and delivered on behalf of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). This is the second training project undertaken with the OSCE the first being on human trafficking.

The investigative interviewing techniques course was delivered to police, investigators, prosecutors and members of the Ministry of the Interior. The law enforcement element included human trafficking investigators, transport police and border guards.

The training was extremely successful with one investigator intending to impliment the new methods immediately as they were due to interview a victim of human trafficking in the evening following the course closure.

SPC are proud to be involved in capacity building and modernisation projects in Uzbekistan and to work alongside the OSCE.
