SPC are proud to be suppliers and partners with the organisation for security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe is the world's largest security-oriented intergovernmental organization. Its mandate includes issues such as arms control, promotion of human rights, freedom of the press, and fair elections.

SPC have been working with the OSCE around the world both in the regions and with the central organisational headquarters in Vienna.

We have designed, developed and delivered training to hundreds of police officers, border guards and other agents since 2014.

In addition, we have contributed to research on local and international issues that face emerging nations to improve the quality of policing and their response to the needs of their communities.

Beyond Borders Scotland is dedicated to providing a platform for international dialogue and legal, diplomatic and cultural exchange. As such, we run a wide variety of bespoke capacity building programmes in the UK and overseas, including on topics such as peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and the rule of law.

SPC are proud to have been engaged to design and deliver training projects on behalf of Beyond Borders Scotland since 2017.

Our work in Oman included training for police officers, border guards, Ministry of Interior staff, Ministry of Labour officers, Prosecutors and Judges.

We are proud to be part of the changes taking place in the wonderful country of Oman and we look forward to the next stages of change and capacity building in Qatar once the Covid 19 travel restrictions are lifted.

ECPAT UK stands for End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and the Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes. We are a leading children’s rights organisation campaigning against the commercial sexual exploitation of children in the UK and on its international aspects.

SPC are proud to be the designers of the CEPOL International Course Joing Investigation Team Leaders Course.

SPC design and deliver the week long courses to up to 30 international law enforcement officers, prosecutors and other parties. In addition SPC deliver specific expert elements on other CEPOL courses including Joint Investigation Teams, Mutual Legal Assistance, the roles of central agencies such as Europol, Eurojust and Interpol.

SPC are able to provide a range of speakers who are all accredited experts in their fields relating to combatting cross border organised crime, developing and managing international investigations and accessing EC funding for law enforcement, NGOs and private enterprise.

Anti-Slavery International works at local, national and international levels to eliminate all forms of slavery around the world. Anti-Slavery International recognises that the most effective efforts to combat slavery are rooted in local initiatives. Developing partnerships with local organisations is therefore a fundamental part of our work.

Anti-Slavery International’s work with partner organisations takes many forms, such as campaigning together for policies and programmes which would help eradicate slavery and undertaking joint research project

SPC are proud to deliver training and subject matter expert services to the ICMPD.

ICMPD is an international organisation with 15 Member States (Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland), about 180 staff members, a mission in Brussels and regional offices and representatives throughout Europe, Northern Africa, the Middle East and South America. ICMPD holds UN observer status.

Their Purpose

The purpose of ICMPD is to promote innovative, comprehensive and sustainable migration policies and to function as a service exchange mechanism for governments and organisations.

The Politieacademie is the national institute for the recruitment, selection and training of police officers in The Netherlands. The Dutch police force counts more than 53,000 police officers, all of whom follow educations programmes at the Politieacademie regularly. The Politieacademie has 1,700 employees who work at one of our twelve training sites.

The General Directorate for Intelligence and Internal Protection is the specialized structure of the Ministry of Administration and Interior which carries out intelligence activities, with the view to ensuring the public order, as well as to preventing and countering threats to national security concerning the missions, personnel and information within the Ministry of Administration and Interior.
