SPC are proud to be the designers of the CEPOL International Course Joing Investigation Team Leaders Course.

SPC design and deliver the week long courses to up to 30 international law enforcement officers, prosecutors and other parties. In addition SPC deliver specific expert elements on other CEPOL courses including Joint Investigation Teams, Mutual Legal Assistance, the roles of central agencies such as Europol, Eurojust and Interpol.

SPC are able to provide a range of speakers who are all accredited experts in their fields relating to combatting cross border organised crime, developing and managing international investigations and accessing EC funding for law enforcement, NGOs and private enterprise.

SPC are proud to deliver training and subject matter expert services to the ICMPD.

ICMPD is an international organisation with 15 Member States (Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland), about 180 staff members, a mission in Brussels and regional offices and representatives throughout Europe, Northern Africa, the Middle East and South America. ICMPD holds UN observer status.

Their Purpose

The purpose of ICMPD is to promote innovative, comprehensive and sustainable migration policies and to function as a service exchange mechanism for governments and organisations.

SPC work with ICMPD to deliver human trafficking training to police, prosectors and LEAs across the West Balkans.

Developing partnerships with local organisations is therefore a fundamental part of our work.

Anti-Slavery International’s work with partner organisations takes many forms, such as campaigning together for policies and programmes which would help eradicate slavery and undertaking joint research project

The Politieacademie is the national institute for the recruitment, selection and training of police officers in The Netherlands. The Dutch police force counts more than 53,000 police officers, all of whom follow educations programmes at the Politieacademie regularly. The Politieacademie has 1,700 employees who work at one of our twelve training sites.

The General Directorate for Intelligence and Internal Protection is the specialized structure of the Ministry of Administration and Interior which carries out intelligence activities, with the view to ensuring the public order, as well as to preventing and countering threats to national security concerning the missions, personnel and information within the Ministry of Administration and Interior.

The Romanian Police are responsible for:

General Inspectorate of Romanian Police is the central unit of police in Romania, which manages, guides, supports and controls the activity of the Romanian police units, investigates and analyses very serious crimes related to organized crime, economic, financial or banking criminality, or to other crimes which make the object of the criminal cases investigated by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Supreme Court of Justice, and which has any other attributions assigned by law.
